Needing and asking for help can often be overwhelming. Knowing who and how to get support is the key to your success. ICDP has partnered with Insight Collective Group to deliver a mentoring training course for the Pacific Connect Community. This is a pilot program currently running in Tonga, and will be available for delivery across other Pacific locations next year. The course is specifically designed for members who are new to the mentoring process and want to understand the mentoring journey and develop insight into the why, how and who to work with.
