ICDP in partnership with DLA Piper Australia ran two workshops in Suva and Port Moresby on 7 & 8 March 2023. The workshops delivered by Joel Cox (Partner) and Rohan Shukla (Senior Associate) from DLA Piper are the first in a series of events designed to help entrepreneurs overcome business challenges. Discussions focused on best practice and venture capital investments to support Pacific Island entrepreneurs to best achieve the impact and purpose they want from their business.

A Start Up Roadmap for the Pacific Islands has also been developed to assist with this and as part of a longer term collaboration between ICDP Pacific community members and DLA Piper. We look forward to further refining the roadmap and delivering more workshops that help Pacific entrepreneurs start and continue their business journey.
