Charlotte Todhunter
Communications Coordinator and Program Support
Charlotte joined ICDP in October 2023 as Communications Coordinator and Program Support.
She is responsible for directing communication amongst the vast ICDP network and delivering program support for ICDP. Her roles include steering stakeholder involvement across a variety of Pacific-wide dialogues, maintaining relationship with ICDP’s Hub Coordinators and managing ICDP’s social media presence.
She previously worked as an intern for six months at Global Access Partners (GAP), maintaining the company’s database, assisting with logistics of high-level events and editing reports.
Charlotte has recently graduated from the University of Technology Sydney and holds a Bachelor of Global Studies. She is currently studying a Juris Doctor at UTS, while working at ICDP. Charlotte is passionate about international law, human rights advocacy and international affairs, particularly in the Pacific.
Olga Bodrova
Editorial and Writing Support
Olga is Head of Operations and Research at Global Access Partners (GAP), which is ICDP’s implementation partner. She is responsible for coordinating GAP’s research programmes and the production of all GAP reports and publications. At ICDP, Olga provides editorial, writing and project management support to the Executive Team and the Board, including the production of Dialogue reports and collateral, topic-specific research, digital communication and planning and delivery of the Annual Pacific Connect Forum. Olga is co-founder of Writing Partners (2013-2020) and, prior to coming to Australia in 2001, enjoyed a professional career in the media and arts industry. She holds a masters degree in Musicology from the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatoire, a postgraduate degree in Media Arts & Production from UTS and a masters degree in Analytics from the University of New South Wales.
