ICDP comprises a strong team of professionals with experience across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors in Australia and the Pacific. They are supported by student interns recruited through Global Access Partners’ internship programme with the University of Technology Sydney.
Olga Bodrova
Editorial and Writing Support
Olga is Head of Operations and Research at Global Access Partners (GAP), which is ICDP’s implementation partner. She is responsible for coordinating GAP’s research programmes and the production of all GAP reports and publications. At ICDP, Olga provides editorial, writing and project management support to the Executive Team and the Board, including the production of Dialogue reports and collateral, topic-specific research, digital communication and planning and delivery of the Annual Pacific Connect Forum. Olga is co-founder of Writing Partners (2013-2020) and, prior to coming to Australia in 2001, enjoyed a professional career in the media and arts industry. She holds a masters degree in Musicology from the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatoire, a postgraduate degree in Media Arts & Production from UTS and a masters degree in Analytics from the University of New South Wales.
Nandita Deodhar
Social Media and Database Management
Nandita Deodhar joined the ICDP team in August 2025 as a student intern to assist with social media, database management, research and event logistics. She is responsible for overall program support to the ICDP, including liaising with Pacific Hub Coordinators, helping with the delivery of Pacific-wide dialogues and maintaining stakeholder relationships within the ICDP Pacific Community. Currently in her final year at the University of Technology Sydney, Nandita is an Indian international student studying a double bachelor’s degree in Communications (Social & Political Sciences) and International Studies, with minors in Media Business and German. She combines her academic training in policy analysis with hands-on experience in special-needs and vocational skills teaching and volunteering with cross-cultural advocacy groups. This intersection of theory and practice drives her commitment to advancing equitable education policy and accessible learning frameworks worldwide.
