ICDP comprises a strong team of professionals with experience across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors in Australia and the Pacific. They are supported by student interns recruited through Global Access Partners’ internship programme with the University of Technology Sydney.
Olga Bodrova
Operational and Editorial Support
Olga is Head of Operations and Research at Global Access Partners (GAP), which is ICDP’s implementation partner. She is responsible for coordinating GAP’s research programmes and the production of all GAP reports and publications. At ICDP, Olga provides editorial, writing and project management support to the Executive Team and the Board, including the production of Dialogue reports and collateral, topic-specific research, digital communication, and the planning and delivery of virtual events and capacity building workshops. Olga is co-founder of Writing Partners (2013-2020), Production Editor of the Journal of Behavioural Economics and Social Systems (2019-2025) and, prior to coming to Australia in 2001, enjoyed a professional career in the media and arts industry. She holds a Masters degree in Musicology from the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatoire and a Masters degree in Analytics from the University of New South Wales.
Alison Sheehy
Project Management
Alison joined Global Access Partners in October 2021 as a Project Manager, responsible for planning, managing and delivering GAP and ICDP projects, taskforces, advisories and public forums. She works closely with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure high-quality project outcomes. Alison previously worked with GAP as a Client Services Manager from 2007 to 2010. She subsequently spent 10 years with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, delivering corporate events and professional development programs for C-suite executives and company directors, including briefings, workshops and keynote addresses, sponsorship management, and marketing and communications. More recently, Alison delivered community engagement and placemaking programs for Mirvac’s residential division. She is client-focused, solutions-oriented and collaborative. Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (Journalism) from UTS. She volunteers with local rugby league and cricket clubs and practises yoga daily.
April Creswick
Social Media and Communications
April joined the ICDP team in August 2026 as a student intern, proudly representing the University of Technology Sydney. She is currently studying a double Bachelor’s degree in Science and International Studies. Having recently returned from an exchange semester in Strasbourg, France, April brings strong intercultural communication skills and a genuine passion for connecting with diverse individuals and fostering meaningful relationships across cultures. April is excited to support ICDP’s work in strengthening connections between Australia and the Pacific, by coordinating dialogues and communications with leaders and participants across the region and outreach and engagement across ICDP’s digital and social media channels.
