EXECUTIVE TEAM
ICDP comprises a strong team of professionals with experience across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors in Australia and the Pacific. They are supported by student interns recruited through Global Access Partners’ internship programme with the University of Technology Sydney.
Olga Bodrova
Editorial and Writing Support
Olga is Head of Operations and Research at Global Access Partners (GAP), which is ICDP’s implementation partner. She is responsible for coordinating GAP’s research programmes and the production of all GAP reports and publications. At ICDP, Olga provides editorial, writing and project management support to the Executive Team and the Board, including the production of Dialogue reports and collateral, topic-specific research, digital communication, and the planning and delivery of virtual events and capacity building workshops. Olga is co-founder of Writing Partners (2013-2020), Production Editor of the Journal of Behavioural Economics and Social Systems (2019-2025) and, prior to coming to Australia in 2001, enjoyed a professional career in the media and arts industry. She holds a Masters degree in Musicology from the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatoire and a Masters degree in Analytics from the University of New South Wales.
Malena Lemoto
Social Media and Database Management
Malena Lemoto joined the ICDP team in March 2026 as a student intern supporting social media outreach, event logistics, database management and research. In this role, she provides programme support across ICDP activities, including liaising with Pacific Hub Coordinators, assisting with the delivery of Pacific-wide dialogues and helping maintain stakeholder relationships within the ICDP Pacific community. Malena is a Tongan-Australian student at the University of Technology Sydney, pursuing a double Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Communication, majoring in Digital and Social Media. Drawing on her studies in intercultural and digital communication, as well as her lived experience in Tonga, Australia and Japan, she aspires to build a professional career working across the Pacific Islands to support the future of both the Pacific region and Australia, as well as the Pasifika diaspora. Her academic background, cross-cultural experience and professional aspirations align closely with ICDP’s mission to strengthen people-to-people links and drive positive change across the Pacific.
